Wanted to add a tip for losing weight. Help me lose over 40 pounds which was a lot of extra on a 5 ft frame.
Every time you take a bite, put your utensils down. Don't pick up that fork again until you have thoroughly chewed and swallowed the previous piece. Slows down eating, giving your stomach a chance to tell you enough.
