Oh corn syrup. I just bought a bottle this week for a recipe, never used it in my life... I usually just sub... I opted for the clear, is there a flavour or texture difference I wonder?

Second, fresh, raw milk is delicious. Chill it if you must but back in Laura's time, they didn't have fridges so warm or not drinking it were the only options

Everyone's tastes are different. To me, milk is disgusting.

Back before fridges we had spring houses where we would keep the milk chilled.

A slight flavor difference. Either can be used to make pecan pies.

Dark Karo for me.

Never tried Karo straight, but I do love treacle (specifically light treacle aka golden syrup) which I assume is similar.

This is a work thing but..
I like it for a life thing as well.
Wherever it may apply and for whatever may need to change in your life. Whether it's diet, excercise, addictions, getting out of bad relationships etc.
