Mmm, I liked that book.I gained 21lbs. I've gotten rid of seven pounds so far.
I'm doing keto again. I know I'm not supposed to fad diet, but recently sugar and carbs have just been making me feel sick. I feel good on keto. And it's a natural state for your body to be in, it's not a crazy restriction or pill, it's a way to make energy using fat. I need to exercise if I'm going to do keto tho, so yell at me please
