Me too. I've been off my regular excercises routine for a few weeks. However yard work has picked up and all the projects I've put off during the school year. 🤪 So I've been active just not *working out*
I had to move 5 sixty lb bags of concrete off a bench and back on the other day while cleaning the shed so I considered that dead lifting for the day. 😋
 
I gained 21lbs. I've gotten rid of seven pounds so far.
I'm doing keto again. I know I'm not supposed to fad diet, but recently sugar and carbs have just been making me feel sick. I feel good on keto. And it's a natural state for your body to be in, it's not a crazy restriction or pill, it's a way to make energy using fat. I need to exercise if I'm going to do keto tho, so yell at me please🙏
I'm also reading atomic habits, I'm four chapters in.

Rose... Don't allow yourself to get on the internet at all until you have exercised some each day.
Use the internet as a reward.
Get up and exercise 5 minutes every time you want to sit down and use the internet before you use it.

I'm the first person to admit that I hate working out.
I cannot work out for 30 minutes at a time I just can't do it.

I can do 5 minutes at a time.
I don't actually work out everyday but I am very active person so it makes up for not actually working out.

I highly recommend setting an hourly alarm. 5 minutes before the hour or on the hour.
Just move or do stuff for 5 minutes every hour and it will add up.
 
These crunchy things really do make a salad way better...I think.
Isn't my regular crunchy stuff but I thought I would try something new and it's okay.
