My chick was attacked by a bantam hen! She was put in the cage with my chick because all our bantam hen are all going missing and she is last one!! So, I put her in the cage with my chick and they were fine. Later I heard him going crazy and I walked out to find him like this! I’ll probably have to do everything tomorrow because it’s late. I have cleaned the wound and treated it and he is inside right now. Thank you for any advice!

My best advice is to go back to barebones... don’t ever put chicks with hens, unless the hen hatched her. Hopefully the wound will heal and she will be back to normal. I will be praying. Make sure the wound stays clean, keep her warm with access to adequate feed and water. Repair the weak spots in your chicken cage and put your hen back in there. Best of luck, I’ll keep my notifications on!
Edit: keep watch over her and don’t let her be for too long without checking on her..

Poor thing. If one is not already available, a heat lamp also probably, looks like a young-un. Sounds like you did what you could. Did you have access to some anti-bacterial wound spray? Hang in there.

I'm sorry about your chick.
I think you are doing o.k. with her.
Just keep the wound moist with triple antibiotic ointment. See that she's eating/drinking o.k.
I agree, she may need some supplemental heat if it's cool weather, but make sure she's got plenty of room to move away from heat. I wouldn't go over 75F for her.
