we have 3 thermometers. we went with the two that were the closest temp.. thinking that it was off also.. will calibrate and try again..They are still hatching today.. about 25 out of 96..have hatched.. all look healthy.

If the temp was a little low it could have slowed down the hatch.

going to get rid of the ones we have, I read on how to actually calibrate them. will be doing that and trying again....can't give up.. lol thanks for all the comments! will get it right eventually!

If your eggs are still hatching I would not get rid of them... unless you meant the thermometers. The best I have found have been the digital that I got off of incubator warehouse. They were about $20 each. They are within a half/degree of each other. Used those to watch my temp and have high 80s%-mid 90s% hatch rate. Good luck.
