1.5 month old chick swollen neck

New to raising chickens, we have a chick here with swollen neck, we had another one die from the same problem. Is this Coryza or bronchitis?

She keeps opening her mouth.

Where are you located in the world?
What do you feed?

The nostrils look moist - does the chick have mucous coming from the nostrils, any sneezing, coughing, wheezing, runny/watery eyes?

Any bad odors?
