1 chicken dead, 2 not moving with huge lesions, all have bad lice. Help!

So... What did the vet say?

Just when I thought my hen was getting better, and I admit I slacked for a few days and did not go out and Dr. her wounds enough, the lesions came back. She is back in the 'chicken hospital' with antibiotic ointment and bandages. Poor thing looks like a wounded soldier. So learn from my mistake and stay diligent.

Are they healthy enough to eat and drink on their own ?????
