1 day old chick - eyes closed, lying down, rapid breathing, poop clear liquid

Would love to advice about our wee little chick. Not walking well, lying down mostly, eyes closed, breathing about twice as fast as the others, poop clear, not eating or drinking. Don't know what to do. All other chicks seem well.

The chick is also making a clicking noise while breathing.
