I have no idea but it looks like a vent. It could be something else but I am not sure.Spot on stomach that the other one like this one doesnt have. Hardly eating. Will drink the save-a-chick electrolytes and probiotic water with my assistance. Not sure it will survive the night...

That's awesome!UPDATE: She is doing fairly well. Her growth is stunted as the rest of the chicks I got at the same time are growing very well. I hand fed and helped her drink for the first three days. I also soaked that spot and it appeared to be similar to pasty butt but I didn't know ducks could get that. I started to notice her eating and drinking on her own as best she could. I've had to help upright her when she falls back. Her eyes are still half closed and when she looks directly at me, she looks just like the penguin in Happy Feet, so guess what I named her... Happy Feet! I haven't named the others yet and I have 6 from 3 weeks ago that I have only named 4 of. It takes time for me to see their personalities and markings, looks, etc. and then a name hits me. I am keeping Vaseline on that area on her stomach. Not sure if it is a vent or where the umbilical cord was... Nothing in the Raising Ducks book had anything I thought explains her issues.
I appreciate all of your help and comments. You guys are great!
I will update again and post some photos when I get a chance.
