1 died, 1 is non stop egg song, but has similar thing on head?

and she is a bit more puffy/red the last 2 days and doing what I refer to as egg song.. but no egg & my 1 year old egg layer stopped laying after laying eggs that the yolks looked like this.

did you check for egg binding? (I don't have chicken so i am not much help. lol)

is there something wrong with her? She has an odd thing going on with her comb area. It seems swollen? Idk. She keeps on egg songing... no egg? How would I check if she were egg bound?
