I made yogurt today. That was my "kitchen" project. Oh, and cleaning up the kitchen.

I have 2 quarts of whey from draining the yogurt. I think I'll use some of it to cook the rice tomorrow.

Gonna do a lot of baking this week, my mom‘s going out of town to visit her parents. I’m in charge of baking while she’s gone.

Speaking of my grandparents, we found something interesting in my grandfather‘s estate.

Let’s just say it’s from out of this world.
