1 eye closed , little bit swollen maybe ?

My black copper Roo is walking around eating normal but has 1 of his eyes closed , he dose open it but not much. It dos'nt look to be that swollen or red maybe like a little bit of sleep around the lids , still crowing and his comb is looking very red and healthy . Any thoughts or advice would be awesome. Thanks

Had a chick with a sore eye and my vet suggested I wipe it with a piece of tissue paper dipped in lukewarm water, to clean it.
Maybe that'll help
