1 & half year old Bates Gray gasping for air can not breathe. No signs of infection. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Our bates gray started sounding hoarse yesterday & would crow very quietly. Today he is gasping for air. No signs of infection (runny nose or anything) seems like there is something blocking his airway. Almost on his last breathe it seems. PLEEEEEASE HEREELLPPPP US!
