1 month old chick - what breed?

But the legs are yellow. ma was an olive egger so her shanks should not have been yellow. Do leg color traits carry to the next generation? If so this is a cockerel and dad had yellow legs
You're not the OP and there wasn't a photo of the egg so I'm very confused why you're saying the female parent was an OE?
Leg color is not sexlinked but white skin is a dominant trait. This is how I know the chick doesn't derive from two purebred birds with white skin (like Marans and Ameraucana) but it could have come from two mixes with white skin (a recessive yellow from each) or one mix and a purebred with yellow skin.

I have a 9 week old chick (probably a rooster) and he's a mix of cuckoo maran and easter egger so he's an olive egger, he doesn't have furry legs tho, but your chick could be a olive egger tho because he came from a green egg, I'm not sure tho :)

but your chick is really beautiful, best of luck to you to :)

OP said in the first post it hatched from a large green egg. What other breed lays a large green egg?

EEs usually lay green.

Olive is blue shell plus a dark brown coating -- it's a shade like an army truck. Green is blue shell plus a light brown coating and can be anything from almost blue to sage.
