was out doing yard work when I hear lots of loud squawking coming from the baby chicks pen. I went over to investagate and found most all my Black Aust`s had blood on there combs, This is fine since I know the scrapping will happen. My problem is that when I turned around they started again on just one roo, so this poor guy got jumped. They have his eye so badly hurt I am unsure what to do. I brought him in rinsed his injury with warm water put a tiny bit of anti bactiral cream on it, just around the outside. Have brought him in away from others as to not get furture injury by them pecking at it. He has a hard time opening it, I feel bad never thought they would do this at 1 month. Any other suggestions on how to help this little guy, think I might call him "scrappy roo".
