1 week old baby chick has some of his feathers plucked out! HELP!

unnamed.jpg My youngest baby chick was doing fine before i left to go camping for a couple of days and when i got home his feathers around his neck were mostly missing! Will his feathers grow back and what would of caused this

How old? I forget the exact dimensions but by a certain age they need 2 sq ft of space per bird and it doubles every week...as does their size. Toys are great. My chicks loved their mirror and even a cardboard box they seemed to play peekaboo in...it was precious
 
What breed is this chick supposed to be? I don't really see anywhere that shows the feathers have been plucked (damaged skin, swelling, peck marks, etc.) Could this little one be a Naked Neck or similar? Anyway, just keep an eye on her to see that she is eating/drinking and active.

Also, is that cedar shavings in your tub? If it is, then replace those with pine shavings. Cedar is too aromatic for chickens, especially in a small place like a brooder.
