1 week old chick Intestines/gut hanging out after trauma- please help!

My dog just put one quick paw on our chick and now this.. I’ve been reading a lot but need immediate advice! She has some energy but is slowly fading.. if someone says to push them back in, we’ll do it,, just don’t want to cause more pain.

I’ve been reading more and seeing promising results so I’m trying my best! She’s still alive and alert! I’ve successfully pushed her organs back inside, giving her chick vitamins in her water, cleaned her up, now I notice a dangling leg… working on the splint now… any more tips are helpful!!

Hello there

You can observe the chick, but 99% chance that it most likely is going to not make it and have a rough go during its last little bit here.

Attached is a link that will help you in humanely culling her if that is what you end up on. But yes, I agree with the above - she most likely was born with a more severe problem.
