You have to soak the poop until it comes loose. He will die if he remains plugged up.

That's because he CAN'T! Soak his little bum in warm water and get that off of him. Then blow dry him so he's dry.

Super important...get the poop off as fast as you can...as said, soak in warm water and gently wipe it away as it gets loose.

The mass is inside him, not on his vent... There is no poop stuck in his vent. . I soaked him for 15 mins in warm warter already and physically manipulated the poop to come out, I did get a little, but at some point I had to stop handling hims cause he was physically stressed. He is still soooooo much smaller than the others. The solid mass under his vent is softer now, but still there.

If it's under his vent, it might just be his belly button (and yeah, sometimes poo gets stuck to it).

can you get a picture? i've never seen such a thing. It could be stool stuck inside or some kind of deformity. Maybe with a picture people can give better advice.
