1 week old chick poop color/texture?

OK I have four New Hampshire Reds that are one week old in he brooder, and two Dominique that are a few days. Most of the poop is ok, however every once in awhile I find a chocolate brown, foamy poop. Should I be concerned. can I de-worm chicks this early on?

Those are cecal poops, their purpose is to aid in clearing out the intestinal tract. They're normal, and you'll see a lot more of them (EW)
