1 Week Old Chick, Sick - Help

Unfortunately we lost the chick The other 3 have diarrhea so I'm treating for Coccidiosis. I'm pretty sure the one we lost had something respitory though.

No, everyone is healthy. Two of the chicks were hatched from our flock, two were purchased from a reputable, NPIP, breeder that I trust. I gave them the oatmeal on the recommendation of an old school chicken farmer and a few other resources, but have not given them any more since. The brooder is cleaned daily with fresh water daily, temperature is good too. I guess I've got to chalk it up to "one of those things".
The smallest chick is going on 2 weeks and still having pasty butt issues though

So sorry for your loss!
It sounds like crookneck. Silkies are prone to it. Some layers that the eggs come from, may be deficient when they lay the eggs you hatch. Chick starter has all the nutrients they need. I do not supplement my chicks with anything else to eat until they join the main flock.
