1 yr. Delaware lethargic with off colored comb

We have a 1 year old Delaware who is typically very energetic. We have a large yard and they free range every day. I noticed today that she was stading in the same spot for a long period of time then was sitting. I went out to check on her and the rear part of her comb is off colored. She doesnt seem thin but I have noticed her feathers have been looking pretty ratty the last week or two. The only change is that we introduced a new bird last week from a friend who needed it gone because it was escaping their yard. Any thoughts?

Eggland Best Organic Egg Layer Pellets then we get a ton of organic produce from the grocery store produce discard bin.

Look her over for lice/mites.

Is she pooping, what's that like?

If she should have laid an egg and hasn't, then I'd give her Extra Calcium for a few days to see if that helps her expel an egg or material.
Calcium Citrate with D3 can be found at Walmart, CVS, etc. Just pop 1 tablet into the beak once daily.
