Nice. Golden Sparrow, we should be sharing a waiting room! We find ourselves in the same situation. Our first broody hen hatched one chick last night and is still sitting on five eggs. She originally went broody on a single egg (which I'm assuming is the one that hatched) and we placed the rest under her over the next 2-3 days. My question: is there a point where we need to be concerned about the first chick if the other eggs don't hatch in say 48 hours?
