My husband and I rescued 10 little ducklings who were down a storm drain. Their mama was hit by a car and killed. The mama was black and the father was gray and white with a crest. The ducklings are mostly gray and at least 2 of them have crests. They are adorable. One has a broken leg (splinted now) but otherwise, all seem fine.

I am also still looking for homes for 2 young-adult ducks who were dropped off at the rescue. There's a male cayuga and a brown and white female. I'd estimate them at 3 months. I place ducks and geese for the local rehabber so often have needs of adoptive homes.
