Yeah, well if you're not NPIP Certified you might get away with that, but I could lose my NPIP Certification by breaking the law, and I am not willing to risk that. My birds are clean and they are going to stay that way. At some point those shipping birds & eggs into VA without NPIP or VA approval #'s will get caught & punished. Sorry but I abide by the law, not everyone does.

Folks, I removed some of the discussion that began about the OP's eggs. The OP has indicated that she is NPIP and abides by the rules and cannot ship into Virginia. I don't think she was being snippy, just being firm about shipping illegally. Any big discussion of NPIP and its restrictions may be started in a different thread, please.

Thank you Cynthia, I refuse to argue about why I won't break the law for an insistent customer. My husband is a retired policeman and we do everything legally.
