10 month EE hen w/ watery green poop, not laying, and struggling to eat

Tasnim, you didn't say where you are located? Hoping its not Southern California, the Pinellas County area of FL, or any other place in this nation were vND (virulent Newcastle Disease) is currently (or recently) present in significant amounts. Watery green poops, lethargy, failure to eat (and general failure to thrive) are often reported as symptoms of that condition.

****I am NOT a Vet. I have never experienced vND, Avian Influenza, or Cocci in my flocks. Just digging out some info from something I read in the dusty resources of my mind, and offering it as something to consider.****

I have not experience using Corid. In case of (suspected) coccidiosis I use Sulfadimethoxin 3,0 g. This also works for infections of the digestive system of other origin such as Salmonella, Coli bacteria and all kind of infections of the respiratory system etc.
Hm, thank you. Also any ideas on the poop?

We are in New York City. Is this a place where this disease has been found?
