10 week Araucanas - please tell me I have some pullets!?

I received these "girls" 4 days ago and I'm in love! I cannot keep roo's where I live, so I'm really pushing for pullets!
Can you please give me some pointers about my "ladies"?
(I named them "girly" names to give them a little encouragement!)

As good as I can tell they all look like pullets to me! If you get more pics tomorrow though I will certainly double check!

They are easter eggers.

first two do look to be pullets but that last one.. need more pictures. is it bigger and heavier? also is its beak crossed or wonky?

I'd say pullets I have a pullet the same age that looks the same as the last one she's a EE

Not to hijack the post ( those ladies look gorgeous by the way!), but why would someone trim a hen's beak?
