10 week old chicken just killed

The one that did it looks like a male white silkie. The one it killed is a female white silkie. Not surprised it was a rooster.
If the rooster continues to show signs of aggression. cull him. There is still the possibility that it was a rat taht killed the pullet. Both scenarios are hardly ever seen in birds so young - especially a docile breed like silkies.

Ok. They should both be hens. Thank you for all your help. I have relocated the aggressive one to a friends who has chickens. Not sure how it will go but it will be outside now and with older much larger chickens.
As I mentioned earlier, my husband walked into the murder in the act but by the time he got from one side of the room to the other it was too late, it was just flying at it and jumping onto its neck.
