10 Week Old Chicks....Pullets?

Hi guys,
Normally i don't post on here, but I have these two chicks, and i am not positive on gender. (You know how we can tell other people yes or no on their birds, then when it comes to ours......we can't decide!)

These chicks are 10 weeks old, and i've thought the black one was a cockerel from like 3 weeks. It had red wattles. Well, they haven't gotten bigger, and the comb is pale. The other is a silkie mix.

I say both pullets. Some pullets can get suspiciously red early but its the size of the wattles and combs that give them away. Those combs are too small to be boys by ten weeks.

I have no idea about silkies or silkie mixes but the first one definitely looks like a pullet to me too!
