That’s quite the coincidence! It’s always fun to find unexpected favorites in the pullet bin. Hopefully, she’s healthy and happy—sounds like she might have quite the personality!

He’s a good boy! I wouldn’t call him cuddly, but he likes me and eats out of my hand… well, picks food out of my hand to feed to drop on the ground for his hens. I dont know how he got so big when I feel like he only gives food away! Haha

He's gorgeous! I hope Meyer didn't manage to let their boys get into my order of now 2 week olds in my guest room, lol. I only need the male I asked for, thank you very much.

I do love cochins, though. I've got 2 bantams, but after I get some of my males in the coop rehomed, I'm planning to add some more.

That’s great! Yeah we never cuddled our roosters. A rooster has a job to do and if he can do it without trying to boss humans around then he is golden.

We had another rooster that was the worst kind. I had to carry a pitchfork into the run to get eggs. Even then, the second I put it down he would spur me. I still have a scar from the day I turned my back on his crazy azz.
