10 week old Mille Fleur Duccles - boy or girls

Hey chicken peeps! Any idea what these two duccles are? The first 2 pics are the same bird (Millie), the 3rd pic is the one with the black head is Kiwi. I've never had duccles before but I'm leaning towards pullets since their combs are small. I've read they develop combs quickly if they are male but these two looks the same to me... Also...any thoughts on the silkie??? Stumped on that one.

The Duccles are pullets, I think the silkie is one as well, although I'm not good at silkies.
