This is Winona (Winnie)! We ordered her from an online hatchery back in July expecting a pullet, and did not have any worries until recently, when she came down with a case of sour crop and we separated her from the rest of my flock (1 Barred Rock, 1 Easter Egger, 2 Wyandottes, 2 Buff Brahma Bantams) and we kept her in the house for a bit. This is when I noticed her comb seems a bit too red, although it isn't overly huge or anything. She does this long cooing sound that I have only ever observed in my Rhode Island Red, whom we had to remove from the flock because he was a cockerel. In Winnie, there is no aggression, no crowing, although I know she is still young. She is very sweet and cuddly, loves to fall asleep on me whenever she gets the chance.
And this is Daphne! She came in the same package as Winnie and I have always been suspicious of her because since the beginning she has always been a lot larger than the rest of the girls. She doesn't really act like a rooster at all, she is very close to her Wyandotte sister and never shows any signs of aggression. She has a different face than her sister, which is strange to me because they're both Wyandottes. Daphne just seems more boyish. This is a bad way to determine this, I know, but I noticed the same thing with my RIR who did end up being a boy.
As previously stated, they both will be 10 weeks on Wednesday. Thank you!
