10 Weeks Old - Pullet or Cockerel?

I was told my chicks were definitely pullets when purchased. Can anyone confirm this is a female?

Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to edit the original post. Here are additional photos. He/she was also really sick and on antibiotics for the last 3 weeks so a little underweight and not as fully developed as she should be.

Sorry, but this looks like a cockerel with that comb at this age.
