16 gauge would have been nice for sure, but 19 GAW is going to have to be good enough.

I bet I'll have close to $2k in this thing when it's all said and done. Still a lot more coop / run than $2k would have gotten me had I not done it myself. It has spiraled out of control, though. Kind of shame considering I just cancelled a hunting trip of a lifetime for 2021 because of the "expense" according to my wife. $2k wouldn't have been but a drop in the bucket, but it's crazy how it's okay to spend that kind of money on things SHE supports / appreciates.

Yes, the material ordered is for the run. Walls, doors, and top. Approximately 55 x 8 run plus 64 square feet under an 8 x 8 coop. Right at 500 square feet for 15 birds.
