4 and 11 look like Cochins, I'll say red and buff, maybe.

You are definitely (see page 1)... are right about the sebright. I have some... starting to breed for quality (plug) and I picked them out just to see how they feather out quality wise.

There are a few I know. I didn't want to post the breeds right off the bat... this is supposed to be a fun learning experience!

I hope you are right about the cochin... I have a question to those with more knowledge of cochins:

What are the chances that these could be frizzled? When would that show? Right away?

Keep up the guessing, people!!

I need someone to tell me what #8 is!!!!! It's driving me insane!!

1. White Leghorn or White Rock
2. Blue Andalusian
3.
4. Red Cochin
5.
6. Silver Sebright
7. Partridge Rock
8.
9. White Silkie
10.
11. Buff/Red Cochin

The chances of them being frizzled would depend on if the hatchery they came from carries frizzles. I got 25 assorted bantams from Ideal and 5 of them were frizzle Cochins, black and white. That must have been what they didn't sell much of that week since it was the weekly special...The frizzling on mine started to show up as the wing feathers came in. It was very obvious on them by 2 or 3 weeks old.

Boy, I hope you are right about #7!!! That would be great (assuming it is a pullet). Matter of fact, I think you may be right about all of them.... you are good. lol.

I still need #8!!!

I don't have a clue where they came from. My best guess would be Meyers. I think it is the closest popular hatchery. I also think they have frizzles. The wings are starting to come in a bit, maybe too early to tell? I kinda hope they are fizzled. I'm also hoping I got alot or all pullets... they are all for eatting eggs.
