The crest says cockerel, the rest says pullet. In my experience, my male GL Polish always had more gold than the females, so I'm going to lean toward pullet. Polish are tricky.
Saddle feathers start coming in on most breeds by about 12 weeks and would be the most definitive feature.. I can't make them out in your photos though you did a good job showing the right areas.. They may not become as flowing as the following pic until 16 ish weeks..
My secondary logic is how the tail is flat all the way up the back. I *often* (not always) see the ladies have more of what I call a "hen bump".. starting to puff about center of the wing tops into a nice shape that flows into and becomes the tail.
Bearding inhibits wattle size. I would expect to see a little more pink, but late bloomers happen all the time. Legs look thick-ish as well.
Poor lacing is more typical of males in my experience.. varies greatly by line.. where did yours come from?
I don't see saddles either, and I have had some hens with some super crazy 'dos. If it's not going to get big, sometimes it just grows straight up. I'm still going to say hen; but I could be wrong Polish are hard.
