11 week old Olive Egger...suspiciously Roo-ish

I am stumped...but the bird is a head taller than the rest - the comb is more prominent and much brighter than the others...the feathers are stumping me though...and I did catch it flapping it's wings and trying to crow at least once. Besides it being very dominant when it is challenged it stands upright and all the feathers on its neck flair out...
