1111 Eggs For Month Of May. WooHooo!!!

Biggest production month so far. We wanted to hit 1000 eggs by summer but we have now passed that and might be looking at 1500 by mid summer. We have 107 birds on the ground, not all are laying and at least 15 are roo's and 18 are only 5 week old chicks. Oh and we have another 47 eggs in the incubator. Can somebody say ADDICTIVE????? And what do we do with all those eggs? Sell most of them, eat some and scramble some up to feed them back to our flock. Have you ever tried to scramble 100 eggs? But hey, WE ARE HAVING FUN!!!!

My parents own a deli and cater breakfast to a local hotel. They want all scrambled eggs so my mom scrambles a 100 or more eggs on the big grill. It's like a sea of yellow. Looks crazy.
