Is Lil Red in a skillet????

Ok not our best hatch 3 drown in shell... grrrr.
1 turkey out and one black chick. 3 more turkeys with external pips that look promising and maybe 2 more chicks... sigh maybe next week will go better?

Did the humidity make the hatch go sideways?

kinda looks like it! but I set him in a clean food dish for photos.....and the little booger still almost escaped on me!!!

We finished the hatch with 4 turkeys and 4 chicks.
I think most of our hatching problems had to do with too high of humidity during incubation. Sigh next hatch looks promising

32? Chicken eggs and 24 turkey set to hatch next weekend. I will wait till Wednesday to raise the humidy. So far they look good.
