12 Hours Old Duckling- Eyes closed, not standing

I have hatched two ducklings and one isn’t doing very well at all.
He hatched in the early hours of the morning and was joined to his shell by umbilical cord but by the morning this was off and this looks ok.
He only opens his eyes if you hold him and has not got up. I’ve held him to get him to eat some mushed up yolk with water and he’s had a bit but otherwise just lays.
He seems to want to keep his head under him, his neck seems different to the other one.

Anything I can do to try and help him?

Sorry your duckling isn't feeling well, have you taken him out of the incubator yet, he should be out and under a heat lamp. Most you can do is offer some mashed eggs, and maybe put a drop of a poultry vitamin along the side of his bill, just a drop, and be careful not to aspirate the duckling.

No. I’d left him in the incubator because he was a bit wet in patches. Move him now or once completely dry?
I did clean out the incubator so it wasn’t disgusting.

Why offer food if it just hatched?

I wasn’t sure what else to try. I waited till this afternoon and he’d been just lying for 12 hours.
I searched on here beforehand and found threads for weak ducklings and people were suggesting egg yolk mushed with water.
I’ve not hatched ducklings before, any advice would be really appreciated.

It's worth trying, after 24 hours my ducklings eat like crazy.

Take him out of the incubator.

I was thinking you meant early this morning it hatched. Yep mine are eating after 24 hrs.

I checked at midnight and he wasn’t out. Checked again at 3am and he was out of his shell. So anytime between then he hatched.
I fed him yolk at 3pm ish...
They’re out the incubator. He is still just lying. He’s had vitamin water and the yolk.
Just see how he goes now or keep with the vitamin water regularly?
No more yolk??

Do both if @Isaac 0 thinks you should just be careful not to aspirate him.
