12 hr old chick not acting right!!!

I had 2 chicks hatch out of 7 eggs. The eggs were shipped and arrived cold. The one is acting ok but it is only about 4hrs old. The older one is looking up, shaking its head stumbling around and flipping on its back. It is about 12 hrs old. What is wrong with it?

Sometimes if they get flipped over when they hatch their sense of direction is off. Try putting him in a coffee mug (or something that will hold him upright) for 30 minute stretches at a time. He will eventually figure out which way is right side up.

What about his head shaking. He also starts running after he does it.
