That one looks like a pullet. Sexing based on tail feathers before 14 weeks old is inaccurate. My Australorps had very boyish tails until about 14 weeks old.

And sorry for my last incorrect answer, I didn't get a good look at the picture and based my answer on the bigness. But like the others said all of them look to be pullets.
