12 week old golden laced wyandotte... genders?

Let me get this straight. The first 2 pics are of the same bird, and the second 2 are pics of another. So you only have 2, right?

They are both girls.

If you had a roo, you'd know it! They start developing very red combs when they are about 5-6 weeks old, and their combs would be much bigger by now.

Edited to add pics:

Here are some of my girls, they will be 4 months old in exactly 1 week....

Hess... Yes there are only 2 birds. I hope you are right that they are girlies! So you don't think those ate saddle feathers on bird 2?
Thanks!

I would say those are girls. I've raised golden laced wyandotte females and that's what yours look like. This year, I'm raising a male golden laced wyandotte and he doesn't look anything like yours, and he's abt 12 weeks old. Bright red comb and wattles, with very visible saddle & hackle feathers - more solid red and solid black on wings and shoulder area.
Here's a photo of him at 10 or 11 weeks old and it's very obvious that's he's a male. See the difference?

In the 1 - 2 weeks since that photo, his saddle and shoulder feathers have really become "rooster" feathers.

So, I would say that you have two pullets.

No, I don't think they are saddle feathers at all. They are both girls, rest easy.

Do you see the darker feathers coming in on the wings in the pic above of the roo? And how red and big the comb and wattles are? That's what yours would look like if they were roos.

bird one looks like a pullet :) but bird two looks like a roo :( Bird 3 is DEFINITLY a roo :p and bird 4 is iffy but im leaning towards pullet

Oh boo. Found this page when I clicked on the image of the young roo posted above. I was hoping against all odds that it was going to lead to the answer that was a pullet. I have one that looks exactly like that, at roughly the same age. Darn it, they were sexed chicks, supposed to be all pullets! What did he end up looking like fully grown? I've seen different color patterns on mature GLW roosters, and they are most are very striking.

Thanks!

Here's a photo of the above cockeral, when he was more mature:

Yes, he's very striking - very nice lacing on his chest.
He sired some nice chicks, too, even though I don't have any GLW hens.
