Olive Eggers are very frequently made by using Marans so many have feathered legs! He could be a Marans but high percentage Marans Oliver Egger is also likely!

If OE are made with Marans they could have feathered legs. If they are made with Welsummer, or Barnevelder (like Ideal Poultry’s OEs), they will have clean legs.
