I fell in love with one of the chicks my neighbor hatched and she was sweet enough to give it to me to add to my flock. Now I’m a little concerned that she might be a he... Opinions? 12 weeks old...

Looks female to me for 12 weeks. No wattles, narrow comb. I see hackle feathers that are rounded, and rounded saddle feathers. At 12 weeks the pointy and long saddle feathers would be starting to become apparent if this was a male.
I could be wrong, but I think you have a pullet. Fingers crossed for no late saddle feathers and no crowing!
Good luck!
That is 100% cockerel. Very Handsome!
I hope you are right!!! It has the sweetest disposition, but no roos allowed here!!
well, you won’t have too much longer to wait if it is male: distinct saddle feathers will appear soon if male. Crowing often starts around 14 weeks - luckily they don’t start crowing very well at first!
Definitely a cockerel. No doubt about it with that comb and gold leakage in the wings.
