12 week old with bad leg

I have a buff opington rooster who is about 12 weeks old. His one leg turns all the way to the right. the other leg is fine. He has been removed from the rest of the flock. he eats, drinks and can get along with the good leg.

Anything I could do to correct his leg?

I also found one of my silkies only 8 weeks old all puffed up. I removed her from the rest of the bantams and put her in my animal nursery. On her chest on the one side it feels fluid filled. Any ideas what this could be and what I could do.

Does the roo walk on the leg at all? Limp?

Not sure about the fluid in the other. Is it doing everything normally?
