12 week olds molting?

My chicks are 12 weeks old. Feathers are everywhere. I keep cleaning the coop and run, but still, the feathers are endless. Their combs and waddles look a little pale, although, they are fairly small right now and its hard to be sure. Can they be molting?

Yes, sounds as if they are having their juvenile molt.
