12 week silkies

First time silkie owner and first time getting straight run. My guess from what I’ve read is the gray is a cockerel and black is a pullet? Thoughts?

I would for sure guess the gray is a cockerel. Could you pull the crest back on the black on to get a good pic of the comb?
