Silkie sexing 12 weeks

I have a silkie frizzle and a black silkie I’ve always thought were pullets based on behavior and lack of big cones..what can you see?. ( The two other silkies I have I always knew were Roos based on behavior and larger walnut combs and they’ve been crowing for over a week

3 months is still too soon, unless one crows. It's also streamers on the back of the neck that roosters get that is a sooner tell-tale sign. I have 8 that are 3 mos old, and one is trying to crow. I'm sure there are 3-4 others of them that are roosters, but I can't tell yet either. None have streamers yet and their combs all pretty much look the same although some are wider or flatter than others.

Silkies are hard to sex before they lay or crow

They both seem to be pullets. But like the others are saying, it’s hard to accurately sex them until they crow or lay an egg.
