Without going through all of your posts, I don’t know if you have seen bullseyes in any of the eggs before putting these in. If it’s not a fertility issue, be sure your incubator is clean, and you have your thermometer /hygrometer calibrated.
How would I calibrate it? It seems to be functioning though. The temperature is high enough too. Could opening the incubator on day 4 and 3 cause the eggs to not develop?
We never saw any growth, but saw our rooster mate the hens a few days before.

Maybe you could crack open some of the eggs that you have, that you did not set, and see if they are fertile?

No, opening the incubator wouldn’t do that. Honestly, unless you have a cold or nasty dirty incubator, I’m stumped.

If there isn't any development after 7 days then it sounds to me like they weren't fertilized. If you open an egg that has been incubating you can see if anything at all started.
Adding to that, blood will be present if there was any development. Sometimes it’s the only way to tell.
