Awesome!! I'm glad they made it safe and sound! It sounds like they will be perfectly fine! :thumbsup

Yes! They're Polish/Silkies. This will be the only hatch of them since the Silkie hens have now been separated with a Silkie gentleman instead of the Polish, lol.

I haven't taken a bunch of pictures yet but here are a few of the first babies out to hold you over. :D

They are darling! 😍
Mine has a white capped black polish mom and white silkie dad, the chick is all black. The polish girls are my silkie boy's favorites. I have to remove them in order for him to focus on the silkie girls.🤣

So just tossed 12 out of 13 of the shipped eggs. One of these paints is developing well, has a slightly saddled air cell but looks good otherwise. Fingers crossed! 😊

Wow! Finger and toes are crossed for the one developing!! :fl :fl :fl

I think I've about had it with my incubator. :barnie Everyday for the past week I've had to adjust it down from 104. I expect this out of hatching in the middle of summer. Not in spring. I've tossed over a dozen eggs so far.

I think I'm going to retire this one and only use it for hatching.
